She started golfing at 4 years old. Her Dad (Bruce Alexander) is a teaching pro and taught her the wonderful game of GOLF. Chantrell would not only grow up in a golfing environment, she would eventually assist her Dad while he was teaching. When Chantrell was 15 years old she worked with special needs children which was when she found her love for teaching golf. Because of her passion for golf and teaching she continued to work at golf courses part time and in 2010 she and her children, moved from Oregon to Arizona so she could pursue her golfing career full time.
During Chantrell’s employment with Reid West, she was given a platform to perfect her teaching skills and was able to develop varied programs for the kids and adults of all skill levels. Her proudest experience was taking the Valley Vista Girls High School Golf Team from beginners to district champions and finally to state during 2014-2018. On January 4, 2019, she opened CA Golf Academy, in Surprise, AZ headquartered at Great Eagle GC. Also in 2019, she would assist the Desert Mashie Jr. golf program. Chantrell’s passion is to grow the game of Golf with Desert Mashie. While making history and amazing memories with Desert Mashie Jr. Golf Program.
